FEES, PAYMENTS, AND DEPOSITS

• $25 non- refundable deposit is required at time of booking your appointment. This deposit will be credited to your services. The remaining balance is due at the service appointment.
• Your balance due can be paid with: Cash, Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, Credit Card, or Debit Card
• After paying your fee / setting your appointment, screenshot the appointment screen details to 254-302-8847
• Appointments starting at 6am or 7am: $30 additional fee (By request only)
• Walk in appointments: No additional fees

ADDITIONAL FEES

• Hair blow drying before service: $10 
• Squeeze in appointments: $20
• Human hair curls, 1 bundle $50
• Human hair curls, 2 bundle $100 
• Human hair curls, 3 bundles $150
• Synthetic curls, 1 bundle $20
• Synthetic curls, 2 bundles $40 
•  Own hair, hair prep fee: $15

LOCATION

Killeen TX – The shop address will be sent when deposit is paid and AAHB sends confirmation message/email/text.

HOURS

• Monday – Friday: 9am – 930pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 9am- 5pm
• Any small size braids can only be booked in the mornings anything after 9am will not be accepted.

LATE POLICY

• Please be mindful of your appointment time.
• Up to 10 minutes late – $10 late fee due at time of service
• Between 10-19 minutes late – $15 late fee due at time of service
• 20 minutes or more late – Your appointment is canceled and your  card on file will be charged 60% of the remaining balance.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING

• To cancel, please contact me through the number in your confirmation message.
• You must cancel between the time frame of 24 to 72 hours before the start of your confirmed appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within a 30 minutes to 1 hour time before the start of your confirmed appointment time will result in your card on file being charged the remaining service fee. If unable to collect payment, you will be banned from booking future services.

PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT

• If bringing your own hair, deliver at least 24 hours before appointment for prep
• A text message will be sent to you asking you to confirm your upcoming appointment from 254-302-8847.
• If I have not responded within 10 hours, call or text.
• Your hair must be clean washed and blow-dried without any chemicals.
• All styles include hair.
• If you want to provide your own hair, we recommend the Xpression brand. $10 will be taken off your remaining balance at your appointment.
• Your hair must be at least 4 inches all round your head for all hair style. If you have shorter hair, call 254-302-8847
• before booking to discuss options.
• No extra guests are allowed.
• No pets are allowed.

• What is your hourly rate? We do not charge by the hour, but by the service provided.
• Is there an additional charge for colored hair? No. Just let us know the color you want.
